Calling all folks who don’t feel at home in their own bodies or who can’t seem to carve out the time to do that inner “work.” I’m thrilled to be offering Camino Adentro, The Way Inside, a retreat that melds Nature, Breath and Writing into your path home. The retreat is five days and four nights February 21-25, 2025 in Montezuma, Costa Rica, down the way from my home at the gorgeous Aves Resort and Retreat Center. During this nurturing experience, you'll be dropped into your inner wisdom through yoga, Breathwork, Gateless Writing, sound healing, and a private 1:1 Brainspotting session, designed to bring alignment and peace into your mind, body, and spirit.

No experience is needed in yoga, breathwork or writing. I practice radical acceptance and my team will meet you where you are at.
